Community awareness project about Forced Marriage and work with local organizations.

The main objective of this project is the eradication of Forced Marriage in girls from 10 communities in Sido (Koulikoro). The purpose is to strengthen the local organizations which work in order to get rid of the violence against women.

In addition, 30 local teachers and 5 Girls’ Rights Ambassadors will be trained in gender violence, as well as the creation of a fund to support the solidarity groups of women that are established in each village.
