Solidarité des Femmes Burundaises pour le Bien Être Social et le Progrès au Burundi (SFBSP) 2023

In Burundi, forced marriages remain a serious problem. The legal age of marriage for girls is 18, but customs often prevail over the law. This project is therefore committed to improving the social welfare of girls by keeping them in school and by launching awareness campaigns among local authorities, parents and young people.
